Today was just another round of judicial bullshit. Great,the murderer gets 15 more years tacked to his sentence for probation violation. Whoopty shit. So,with all the charges pending for the weapons and drug charges it has been said that he will be living out the rest of his life behind bars. Ok. That remains to be seen as he still has two more grand jury appearances to make.

But hey,guess what? The family of the MURDER VICTIM is still right here...waiting. Yeah,it's great that he will never walk free again. Wonderful. But we want justice for Brett. We want it marked down for all to see, that this piece of shit murdered him.Even if it is just a formality, jail time wise, at this point.

Nothing will ever make this better. And 4 days ago my sister had to watch MY son celebrate his 23rd birthday. A birthday that her son never got to reach.

We have a tentative court date of Feb. 3rd now. I guess we'll see.
